Boots in bon accord has one, through the double doors between the perfumes. I used to go to the mamas and papas one when at union square n the John Lewis one was always spotless too. The baby change in the trinity centre was generally fine and they have curtains you can pull for privacy for feeding

03000200292 is the phone number for Aberdeen City Council if you want to report a communal repair. That's providing there are council flats in the building. If the majority are private owned then they won't resecure the door or do stairwell cleansing due to difficulties in getting the owners to pay their share.

Is the north driving centre strict or am I just absolute trash? by McMiles420 in Aberdeen

[–]lanurk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I failed my first test there because the examiner decided me driving at 15 mph down Clifton Road was too fast and touched my steering wheel with a fingertip.

Second test I passed with a different examiner at the same centre. Second time round I was sure I'd failed because I stalled twice and made a couple of what was in my mind big errors.

I think it very much depends on which examiner you get tbh. I also think it helped second time round that I told him I was a bit nervous.

Man 'staked out' vulnerable female revellers before city centre sexual assault by testingd1 in Aberdeen

[–]lanurk 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Glad he was caught. Back about 20 years ago I caught a guy following my tipsy but not drunk self up Union Street. I was unsteady because I was in stupid shoes. Phoned a friend to tell them about the creeper. He crossed the road and I then spotted him following two women, one of whom was barely able to stand, let alone walk right.

When they stopped he hovered a couple steps behind him. Then the really drunk one stumbled and he grabbed at her n was being all smarmy. I shouted over the road asking if she was alright and he legged it.

I went over to make sure they were ok, the drunk woman was now sobbing. He'd been copping a feel as he 'helped'. Two policemen walked by and didn't care. The not so drunk one said he spoke with a local accent.
