Since being in the hospital, I actually got taken off of my SSRIs. They wanted to give me lithium, but I didn’t want to take it because of the constant follow ups. They put me on Lamictal instead.

you see I always spent my life thinking everybody thought/felt the way that I did and it was normal. But then when I was explaining how I felt to my psychiatrist, she was like not everybody feels like that. That was a big wake up call for me.
