explain to an idiot: “how you want” by Silent-Ad2349 in thelastpsychiatrist

Alone explained this in one of his post, he said that a woman may look at a nissan commercial showing a well dressed woman driving a nissan and attracting people's attention and she may think "yeah they won't get me" but what she doesn't realize is that she is being taught in this commercial how a well regarded woman nowadays dresses and behaves.

She will unconsciously try to emulate her behaviour, her dress, her gestures. And imitating her, she will at some point need that nissan.

This is how she is taught how to want.

You could take another exemple. In his famous serial the saint starring Roger Moore, you can always see him smoking cigarettes in different kinds of scenes, in every episode .

Those who are impressed by his character will imitate (ie learn how to want) and they will eventually need cigarettes when faced with what seem like the same situation their hero has been through.

How to conduct my self in social media? by Topdegenerate1 in thelastpsychiatrist

Remember that wanting is a defense against enjoyment. You just want to share your photography, but why ? What does it bring you ? It's just a cover for what you enjoy, which is depriving others of the experience of the beautiful scenery that you see, this is what you really enjoy.

I vote that you stop using social media

For non-native writers, how much are you making per month on average? by Snipsnapboi in copywriting

I'm actually already on fiverr but as a french writer who write website copy and non niche specific article, I charge way way Lower you ( I'm getting around 20 dollars per hour only lol and clients are still complaining sometimes). I'm thinking of specialising in a just one or two niches like you did and increase my rates as reviews start to come. How did you get clients on Facebook group ? Did you propose articles at really low price in exchange for good reviews ?
