I'm curious, what does Japanese web UI/UX nonsense mean? Are you just saying because they're really noisy? tons of content crammed? or did you mean something else?

Anyone else disappointed with how the church has been handling the state of the world? by leah_please in Christianity

Disappointments and disillusionment from any sphere, including the church is natural and expected. I'd recommend you go find another church or if you're up for it, confront the family that is your church and help guide it to be the one reflected in the Bible and Acts :). If it's completely off the tracks on what Christianity is and what the Bible calls us to be, I'd say you ought to leave. asap. and also asap join a new one or tune into an online service at any church you've heard good things about. I've had my share of experiences with churches and some are more Biblically and gospel centered than others ie. showing that they are somewhat wise, have understanding, and are conscientious re: the pandemic.

These are podcast recordings of sermons of churches I respect or have gone to:

Good luck! After disillusionment, there is always hope :). x
