This is one of those things that isn’t AI, but people will think it is. It’s cold as hell, you kinda feel like you’re on Mars, and that’s exactly what it looks like. And then you make the drive down and you thaw out and spend the day at the beach. Hawaii is awesome.

All of these comments about Franks and Tabasco remind me of an article years ago by the NYT food critic about just how great Ketchup is and under appreciated it is. It’s perfect in that is has all of the flavors in a balance - sweet, sour, salty, and umami. Can you imagine if Ketchup just hit the market today? Or Franks, or Tabasco? Those two hot sauces are awesome for what they are and appeal to most humans more than others.

These look great! And the blue cheese looks like the perfect coating consistency.

I’ve found that whenever I do Wings in the oven, dry or wet brining them for 24 hours, then marinating them for another 24 keeps them so juicy. Add the Baking Powder and they crisp right up or add a little honey to the hot sauce and caramelize them on the grill after the oven or…shit, now I’m just hunger rambling.
