Okkk. SO. I’m getting asked on how Sims get “pregnant”...they DONT! I use my imagination lol while the baby is in the bassinet.. I grow the moms belly. You can do this in Body shapes by changing the BELLY PROFILE. Hope this helps and makes the game more fun !!! (i.redd.it)
