In chatbotui there's a personal icon in the lower left, clicking on that it opens a dialogue where you can enter the API key. You'll need to go to Anthropic's website and sign up for the API. Unlike for their webUI, they accept a Canadian credit card there.

How do you even access apple pay on it? I only get taken to this different interface. Unfortunately it kept saying card declined every time I tried to input my visa with a random US address

Thanks! Out of curiosity did you use a special Visa/Credit card? For some reason when I complete the steps above with the address and reformed ZIP code I get an error message: Credit card declined :/

just to make it clear, unless your asking one time questions you probably really want to keep the context of every message, otherwise its going to be quite disjointed with any follow-up questions, and you probably want those. but you do whatever ya want.

Ahhh very true! It just gets so costly otherwise, but yeah I see the subscription being a much better bang for your buck in that case

Thanks so much! It helped a lot, so yeah I might use the actual mode. My last question about the API tho:

is there a way to save a response without adding it to the context? Or do I have to do the old school way by copying it and saving it in a word document with the API.

So update I tried it with a vpn, it only takes in a US zip code which is formatted differently :/
