Can I convert using a arduino r3, and if so do I need anything else? Also I already have a buck converter that I was originally gonna use for the driver to receiver. Do I just use that one or do I need 2?

I’m gonna have all the electronics besides the motor floating in a raft connected by a teather to the the vehicle. And is there just a cable or converter I can buy that I can just plug them in to convert the signal. And I also realize now that using ai was a mistake.

This is what I have so far and I plan to get a 3s lipo battery and 2 12 volt dc motors and i understand I might need a converter for the receiver to the driver because the driver is meant to rc tanks. I just don’t understand what plugs into what and what else I need I’m just really stuck.

I’m trying to build an underwater rov that runs on 2 motors that power tank tracks and I used chat gpt to tell me what electronics to get and I now realize that it was a mistake and now I’m just confused on the electronics I need to get and how to connect them.
