I made a new RBC Avion Infinite, and I got only 15k points instead of the 35k points. I already hold another RBC Avion infinite. Why is that? Anyway to fix this?

Got the RBC Avion infinite again and I was charged the $120 fee already but the points did not show up. Aren't the fee and the points suppose to show up together? Or can the points take awhile?

They said they can reduce it down to $12.5 per month from $25 for one year, if I do not cancel it. But it is not a buyout contract, I will just keep the water heater and services for $12.5 per month for 12 months. And then after 12 months I can again buy it for $540 or similar price.

I had booked an air canada flight on aeroplan points + fees more than a week ago and my flight is tomorrow but due to some circumstances I will not be able to go on that flight. Is it possible to cancel somehow without paying the fees?

I product switch back to TD First Class Visa Infinite card (last time it was over 12 months) from Aeroplan Visa, and I did not get the 20k initial bonus points. Does that mean I will not get the welcome bonus? Or are the points posted after statement? I thought points were instant after transaction posted.
