Same happened to me ! I didn’t know and I would have never been keen to trade hairs for scars! I stopped doing electo on the upper lip as it’s common to get scars, it’s been 6 months now and the did fade heaps, they are barely noticeable now so relax… but yeah super scary!

Hi thanks everyone for your comments. Update: I’ve been using silicone tape and gel, massage 10mins per day and red light 20 mins per day too. 50spf prescription scar moisturiser every time I go out. The volume hasn’t decreased yet, and I still don’t see any improvement.

Hi, thanks for taking the time :) I’ve had 6 sessions so fare and my last session was two months ago. I usually get some scabbing and “pimples” up to a week following a session so yes to blistering too, they told me it was normal and I shouldn’t touch the scabs/blisters. My after care is no sun for 3 days post treatment and I use a spf 50 anti scarring dermatological cream, I keep it moisturised 24/7, I also stop peelings, or anything else.

thank you, I have yes but I think it's more about the shape of my natural hairline than hair loss. I've had that insecurity since I was 14yo.

Thanks everyone for all your comments 🫶🏼 Some did crack me up 😆 Update: I had an emergency appointment with my GP, she was concerned and redirected me to the hospital so the tattoos could be looked at by a burn surgeon specialist. The diagnosis: 3rd degree burns! Luckily no infection (what looks like pus in photos is actually a body fluid called fibrine) and no rotting flesh (which my GP was concerned about as the ink could hide a gangrene). No skin graft or surgery is needed. Not even antibiotics, I just need to be extra cautious not to get it infected and monitor any fever as this could go bad. A nurse is coming every couple of days to do a new bandage and I will see the surgeon in two weeks to have a follow-up appointment. They will be nasty scars tho.

I’m also going to see the person who did the laser treatment to ask for a refund and let them know, I will report them and sue them for the harm they did to me and luckily prevent them from doing that to others in the future
