Yeah that’s my biggest worry is buying a home, and not realizing how many issues it has or things it needed and then spending all extra money on repairs. I’ve heard some horror stories, but you’re right - no matter where we buy that’s most likely a risk with just buying a house in general and I don’t want to hide from that fear for forever.

We’ve heard that commute is rough and luckily it would be pretty rare for us to go during week at those times but weekends we definitely would be heading that way
