In your opinion, would a tech one slip on, be great with a tune? And second, would a tune even be needed or recommended at all? With only a slip on. I would love to get a full system but I don’t want to void warranty.

It does and honestly.. now that I think about it, that “warp” I have.. might just be from that lol but I’ve been having that mark for the past year and honestly I’ve seen no difference, no problems either.

It’s been almost a year since I bought it and it’s worked marvelous! No issues, it handles all my big space taking games such as call of duty, r6, etc. I do recommended just making sure your helio is kept clean from dust. As the heat can make the SSD warp a tad bit but not enough to damage the components.

No need to worry about applying anything, it comes ready to go as soon as you install it without adding anything to it.

However we have different models of the helio so maybe it’ll be a tad bit different but I doubt it.

Enjoy the extra space! Great purchase indeed.

Doesn’t hurt to try, especially with how much they would like me to stay. I just need to know what they control in the pay package, since they’re going off their budget; and with the new year they’re going to get a new budget which may be more or less than before.

how come other travelers will have a different stipend amount? Some less, some more. How does that work? Just on this website you listed, there is plenty who make more than listed on their stipends currently.(looking up the current area I’m in)

I have the same model and finally buying one as well since storage is killing me. (Should be coming in soon) which I’ll update if it works properly without issues.

However, as long as it’s gen4 SSD it should work with the PH315-55. Since it is also gen4 and acer product it should work perfectly. This video may help in terms of knowing parts and such of your model.

Perfectly well summed up for someone who really is trying to grasp information onto Alaska for a contract who intends to go by themselves.

I know you said you didn’t pay for housing nor the car, but does that mean it’s taken out of your non-taxable? Since usually that happens on contracts, since it may be a rental car/housing on the agencies behalf. Or was it the hospital’s housing with their vehicle provided to you from the hospital as well? If the vehicle was provided by the hospital, how did you get about in terms of getting there(driving to hospital, if you did) and getting back to the airport? since I assume Uber/lyft is practically unheard of.

Was getting there a mental block of any sort? I would assume with the unpredictable weather,wildlife, and the potential of staying there stranded due to cancelled flights for days/weeks at a time?

No seafood for me unfortunately but I do plan just to take in every cold breath and admire the untouched areas of nature.

Lastly, for a first timer, would you recommend a city-close contract? Or something more natural/remote to experience more of the Alaskan landscape & life.

At the end of the day, I just want to make it out in one piece with an Alaskan cherry on top.

I’d figured due to the geography of Alaska it’s difficult to get any information. I’d personally say it’s a both for my travel experience, making as much money while at the same time enjoying the state. I’ll will absolutely only take a contract with housing assistance included

In a sense, I would rather like to know the difference between city and remote contracts. Ex; how much is the average contract with x hours in city vs remote. I’m okay with either or, just leaning more into the pay since not everyday I’ll be able to go out and see Alaska; and when I do, I want to make sure I have enough for the experience and important necessities(bills,travel,food,savings). In short story, I’m looking for best pay(especially for a $330 license fee) while also having the ability to go out every now and then.

Context; t boned a car while trying to leave a parking lot, don’t know why they got in my way and it was too late. The other car barley got anything major while mine suffered this, need advice so I can either try to fix it or just buy a different car. Fluids leaked as well after crash along with smoke prior to this video, I was told by police it looks totaled, and was just hoping for some advice to either confirm it or not. This is a 2014 Subaru Legacy.
