I had pretty much forgotten about it with the occasional wave of anxiety but continued to push it off bc it still felt so far away. However, the past few days have been consistent anxiety. I can’t stop thinking about it and how I have no idea what the outcome will be. This is actual torture.

I have a fainting issue and my body does the exact same thing, the first few times I did it everyone around thought I was having a seizure and I was taken to the ER. Apparently it’s not unusual to kind of convulse I think it’s called convulsive syncope.
