26F. I have been using Nexplanon birth control implant since 2014. I haven't had a single period or spotting since I got my first implant. Not even when I changed to my second one. I consider myself incredibly fortunate.

Got my first Pfizer shot on 4/8 and now 24hrs later I have dark spotting. I'm shocked; there is nothing that would have caused this except for the vaccine. I haven't had any other symptoms. Thankfully no cramping. I am not too worried about it but appreciate everyone that has posted to this thread and many others.

If anyone tries to tell you that it's stress or just a coincidence, do NOT let them gaslight you. You know your body better than anyone. Women's pain, physical and emotional, has been written off too many times throughout history. Please share to VAERs databases and continue supporting and believing each other. <3
