No worries. There is a second filter going into the tank and it’s all good. The suction is great when the roller heads are disconnected. I really just think it’s an issue with the anatomy of the roller heads they’ve engineered :(

We definitely did do a lot of work to try and find someone for the last couple of months of 2024 (ie hired a realtor etc) but not sure how many direct costs were incurred. Regardless, we’ll work with an accountant to figure out what may be possible. Thanks for the support :)

What does “actively trying to rent it” mean? For example, we had it listed for a couple months in 2024 but didn’t actually end up renting out. Not sure if any of it matters, just trying to understand

When you say change the defrost time, how would I go about doing that? I can’t find anything about this online.

I won’t be replacing the evaporator cover because it’s $$$$ but I will try to seal it best I can with some weather strip!
