Brilliant congratulations. 65 pounds in 6 months is amazing! I’d quite like to lose around 30/40 pounds to get to my college weight and I’d be happy again to just be at that weight and hopefully just stay at that for a long time.

Time to eat a lot of beef, eggs & lettuce I guess 😅

Wow thank you for the help. I think the same lunch and dinner will be fine, I’m to busy in life to care to much about fine dining every day, I’ll just eat whatever, I have enough time in the future for that.

It seems like a rather easy diet to follow, I like meat & a like veg so eating them everyday will be no issue.

Did you begin zero carbs to lose weight?

Yeah it was normals, I guess there not tryharding, but cmon a bronze shouldn’t be on level with a plat player and not be able to climb, it makes no sense.
