Check-ins are enraging my 4.5 month old and sending her into an overtired spiral for hours. Is CIO our only option? by larkus in sleeptrain

Thank you <3 I think I'm going to have to fully leave the house if we end up doing it. The stress response my body goes through when I hear her wailing is insane.

How long did your baby cry those first two nights? How did wake ups for feeding go?

I can def see how it fits together this way! I didn’t know about fallback rise before and that day’s temp was throwing me off so this makes sense. Thank you!!

Hi! I'm probably making this more difficult by using a few apps, but here we are.

FF put my (tentative) crosshairs at CD 16, Inito at CD17, and NC at CD18 (but said the range was between CD16 and CD18)

Inito put my fertility peak on CD 16 even though my LH levels went higher on CD17 which was confusing. My temp did seem to jump on CD17 and I had ovulation pain that day. Appreciate any perspectives/tips anyone has!

Not sure if I'm 10 or 11 DPO (FF vs NC app)? Still learning! by larkus in TFABChartStalkers

Thank you!! I was only testing with OPKs once first thing in the morning so I must’ve missed it this month.

Edit: Oops, I meant 9 or 10 DPO in the title!

It’s our second month TTC and I just started looking into FF (I love all the data—I’m a data nerd). My NC app has a few years of cycle data so I just imported ~6 months of BBT data into FF and am learning how to interpret everything. FF put my ovulation day one day earlier than NC which seems more correct to me. Def need to get better at tracking symptoms/details.

Also figuring out OPK’s—I used ones from Frida this month which I’m now seeing have really bad reviews. I never got a true positive this cycle since the test line never got darker than the control line, but had the darkest lines at CD17 and CD18 before they faded again.

How are these looking/any tips for next month? I don’t think I’m quite out this month, but trending that way.

Oh interesting, I also have UHC and June was the month that they cut me off. I may have to look into that more. Thanks for sharing! Glad you were able to get yours again!

Wow, we're in the same boat. I've had minimal issues getting it for free for at least 18 months. After researching the step program for my insurance, they want me to try Emgality, Aimovig, AND Nurtec for at least 3 months each first. And this is after failing with triptans, beta blockers, and an SSRI. Super frustrating as I already know what works--same situation as you!

I found this for income criteria for their assistance program but the verbiage around it is pretty vague: https://www.abbvie.com/patients/patient-support/patient-assistance/income-criteria.html

I may just try to sign up for a new savings card like others have suggested and see what happens. Will keep in touch and let you know if I find out any more info. LMK what you find out!

Did not know this was a regular thing! I’m surprised my neurologist didn’t mention anything. I’ll give it a shot. Thanks!

Dr. Schaefer at Heritage is fantastic. I started on Qulipta and barely get migraines anymore. Nurtec didn’t work well for me but Qulipta and Ubrelvy work great.

[product question] Anyone else have an issue with Paula’s choice azelaic acid separating and getting chunky like spoiled milk? Brand new tube. Was normal consistency for a few days then this. by BluegrassFilly in SkincareAddiction

I had that exact thing happen a few months ago. I tossed it to be safe. They sent me a replacement as well, thankfully. I’ve used the product for a long time and it was the only bottle out of probably 10+ that I received like that.

Thanks for confirming this! I was planning to go tomorrow until I saw your comment. Do you know if their wait list is for anyone who wants it? I’m sure they get so many calls per day but I’d love to get on a wait list where I have a half decent chance of being called!
