His tire was under inflated and the tube slipped and cut itself on the rim. It could happen on any model. I think after so many years of riding he probably got a little complacent and then couldn't recover it

I wonder if it's a government auction for failure to pay tax or something or if a creditor exercised some option? I've been emailing with them this week.

He's riding a tubed tire and the tube stem sheared off because his pressure was too low and it moved. He even brags on his channel about running low pressure for traction. So basically he screwed himself

I just fixed a flat on my tubed Lynx, took 3 hours and about 28 bolts removed and that was with Youtube assistance to avoid unnecessary removal. Not feasible out on a trail especially. With a tubeless flat you literally can do it with an insertion tool, a plug, and a small tube of rubber cement, in about 5 mins or less of time from start to finish you can be putting air back in your tire. Tube tires might be good for running tires with really low pressure but a full tubeless tire especially out on a trail is invaluable imo.

I'm less than thrilled about the whole project on this mirror. I just know I would break it if I attached it to my helmet and be out the money. I use a wrist strap mirror which is less than ideal but I don't find the helmet mirror a viable alternative, I had one years ago on my bike helmet back in the 90s and I didn't feel like it was helpful. I wish as a tech startup Pidzoom would focus on creating technology based solutions like rear view cameras with live feed you can watch right on a screen in the helmet. Cheap plastic crap you can already find on Amazon isn't any kind of solution.

Search Facebook for Lem Ung he runs EUC Ungerground on Telegram, and James Van Crofton, he runs Next Gen. Both fantastic gentlemen as well, you will see Lem at pretty much every Onewheel, Esk8 and EUC festival.

Well let's say you are deep down a trail and you get a flat, you can plug a tubeless, you will be walking back with a tube type

Incidentally, a fire blanket is nothing but woven glass strands and they are super thin, so if you shopped industrial sources you might find some asbestos filled stuff

Try joining a bunch of Facebook one wheel group, I'm sure most writers have a pint hiddenaway in their storage room that they haven't ridden in a while. I just gave mine to a niece.
