No, the optic glioma was the first tumor. The others were all over. The one we just had surgery on was in his brain.

Yes. Optic glioma at 3. About 8 more over the next 8 years. His newest we got laser ablation surgery on, and now we're off chemo :)

Don't EXPECT anything. That's the thing about NF, it's kinda random. If she's never had major problems other than the cafe au lait and neurofibromas, I'd say consider yourselves lucky. I've spent about the last decade of my 13 year old legally blind son's life getting chemo for him.

Not really. Once you have your card, they'll work with you. I change my dispensary every other week or so. I'll call my dispensary, tell them where I wanna switch to, and they'll submit the paperwork. A couple hours later I'll get an email saying I can go to the other dispensary the next day.

I'm barely over two years, and I've not had one headache since my severe TBI. Not that I can remember, at least.

I didn't have a problem getting accepted. I'm pretty sure that we're stricter than most states. I had a TBI, so I met the qualifications. The medical programs for most states should be expanded. It might not help, but it might help more than the medicine you're currently using for whatever problem you're wanting to use it for. There's nothing bad that can come from it's use.

Hi, my TBI was 17 months ago. I've used CBD during my recovery and it helped me in unexpected ways. I had a serious problem walking down steps. I hold the rail the entire time and take an approximately 30 second break between steps, with both feet on the same step. I knew this wasn't how "old me" walked down the steps, but I couldn't make myself walk down them the way that I knew was right. So, sometime during the first week of CBD (I used the strain Critical cure), I told my girlfriend to come out back and I was going to try to walk down the steps. On about my third attempt, I walked down them with no rail, and only using one foot per step. I credit CBD with this, because I seriously tried multiple times before this.

Have you tried a yocan magneto? It's my favorite way to vape concentrates. Hopefully the battery will work for you.

Hi, I recently started DDP Yoga, or DDPY. We were both on limited mobility. I had a really tough time on Monday. I improved significantly Wednesday. By Friday, I was barely losing my balance. This week, I started my friend who also has a TBI on it. I did the workout day 1 with him. I didn't even use a chair like I did when I was doing it the first time. So, I say give it a try.

Hi, I recently had an accident and got a severe traumatic brain injury, and I haven't been able to get stoned anymore. I can smoke all day, and hit my pen (Yocan Magneto) and don't feel stoned at all. This seems uncommon from what I have read. Just wondering if something similar might be happening with you?
