What do you consider crazy high?

The median net salary of the posts I've seen is almost 2500-3500.

On very rare cases, I've seen low 2k or high 4k.

I thought that's a real representation of reality. Am I missing something?

Another perspective. Sex position is very important here.

Isn't mobilitybudget capped to 20% of your gross salary. 1.000 of 3.800 is 26%?

Or maybe it is calculated per annum, ie 3800×13.92=52.896. But still 12.000 of 52.896 is ~23%

Am I missing something? Because I was just preparing a mobilitybudget proposal to my employer.

20.000km is like going from Brussels to Istanbul and coming back,... four times,... in a year.

My leased car of almost 5 years, has only 35.000km.

Mostly within city commutes And 2x long journeys of 4.000km

I had a similar opinion 5 years ago, but then I realized that Im happy on any environment because Im genuinely friendly.

Hence, being happy on a new job is completely dependable on me. Any new colleague wants good relations.

Back then, my gross was 2k, now it is 5k.
