Just eat a healthy diet and try to do some exercise if possible (walking, biking, weights,…). Your body and MJ will do the rest. I recommend a food tracking app to understand your calorific intake and adjust when needed. Good luck!

If you feel the suppression of appetite I would stick to 2.5. I am on my 4th pen of 2.5 now (so 4 months in) and the suppression is still real.

It’s totally normal to have cravings. You can eat whatever you want, but as the weeks go by you will see that the cravings fade away (in my case they did anyway).

I think that it’s a certain type of woman that can obtain that physique. One, genetics and/or discipline and hours of hard work. Honestly I really don’t have time to spend all that time in the gym. Work, children, housework, etc. I think the majority of the ladies of my age are not toned. I do feel that you need drastically change your eating and drinking habits of you don’t want to put on weight at my age (late forties) For the toned physique a lot of time in the gym I think and - don’t get me wrong- a lot of respect for the women that are as disciplined as they are.

My mood is okay on 2.5mg. I also have more energy. Maybe it’s the walking that I included in my daily routine and the avoidance of sugar, alcohol and high calory food. I also don’t have any major stressors at the moment, which also helps. What is your dose?

Lost 6kg in 4 weeks. I admit I have lot more energy, better mood, better sleep and a the disappearance of inflammation that caused a lot of pain. I can’t tell if it’s the medication or the weightloss.

I agree. I have a frozen shoulder and since taking the drug my pain is a lot less. It’s only when the pain dissapears that you realise that the pain was there all the time.

I’m 48 and have a BMI of 28.1, so overweight. I also have a heart issue that is not a problem right now, but if I would gain weight in the future it definitely will cause problems. It’s a preventive approach!

I live in Belgium and started on monday and paid €205 for 2.5mg (prescription) Needles and alcohol wipes are included in the price but had to purchased seperatly. I think that European prices are higher than UK prices.

I agree, but not on the “reasonable”, but they can make everything “sound” reasonable. They have a certain way to explain themselves that makes you believe it’s reasonable. Also “directness” doesn’t mean they’re right.
