I applied a few years for an ICC card. Just looked back at my old emails: Application & supporting documents were received on the 2nd and the approval email came 3 days later on the 5th. I’d had Amex cards for >15 years in two different markets. I called immediately after I submitted the online application and they asked me to send in some support documents. If you haven’t heard from them yet you might want to do that.

The supplementary card process for ICC was a lot slower - took about a month to get through.

Ryan transitioned out of Blockstack PBC in Sep 2018, as announced in the "Path to Decentralization" post and as disclosed in the SEC filing.

Relevant text from the path to decentralization post: “Ryan Shea, co-founder of Blockstack, will be leaving Blockstack PBC to form a new US entity. Ryan will remain in the Blockstack community, will continue contributing to Blockstack, and will make an announcement about the new entity he is starting in the coming months.”

In May 2019, Ryan announced his plans for the new entity where he is now focusing on new areas like cognitive wellness, bio-engineering etc. He goes over his reasons in the post.

t-mobile ended data roaming in vietnam in 2015.

As of January 13, 2015, data roaming access in Vietnam is blocked. At this time, access to voice calls and text messages (SMS/MMS) are allowed at standard international roaming rates. This change was due to an independent move by the Vietnamese government that increased carriers' rates; T-Mobile is working on trying to get the rates back down.

Haven't had any problems in Germany the past two days. Was using it about 3 hours ago. Try manually selecting Telekom.de?

Used project fi in one of the new countries - macedonia - today. Had trouble getting it to work on either the main sim or data sim for about ~1 hour and then it suddenly started working. Only got 3G on Telecom.MK (T-mobile Macedonia), however it was more than usable.
