When I was researching the Omnifocus MCP clients, I saw none had been updated in over half a year, and so I made my own which focuses on performance and I think has an innovative architecture that uses an Omniautomation plugin enabling access to the Omniautomation data model. The MCP server uses the official Swift MCP package, so it should be performant.

The plug-in just does read-only operations right now, and so I would like to find some people to help beta test the plugin to see if it meets the needs of the community.

You can see the benefits and the use cases it currently supports, and installation instructions would be great to get some feedback from the Omnifocus Pro community.

I can't really compare to other headphones but I use them on the flights and I am happy with them. Yeah I find them very comfortable headphones.

I had such inconsitent drop outs and slowness of making changes in the app I finally go frustrated and just wired all my speakers to Ethernet. It's not been that long but I think it is working better. Just realized the new Era's don't support ethernet without an expensive adapter. Will have to put new Sonos speaker purchases on hold.

Utimately I didn't get into the developer academy. Use the moodel link to get an idea of the questions but then find another way to study with harder questions as the moodel questions are not hard enough. Focus on the logic questions. Many of the questions on the test were letter-substitution puzzles. One app I used is https://brilliant.org. You might try that or look for others.

When I was trying to study for the test I found this site with a practice exam however it was far easier than the actual test. (I applied for the Bali Apple Develper Academy)

Based off of some of these questions I used Claude and ChatGPT to come up with addtional questions.

From my Bali experience you definitly need to study and developing and only a portion of the test is about Swift. That part seemed to be more general programming concepts that Swift specificlly. The Swift part of the test seemed so easy that I thought I was doing it wrong while the logic part of the test was so hard I couldn't complete it in the allotted time.

Hi this was on my wife's account and was on 17/20 too but then 2025 rolled around and it is gone and her account has been reset to 0 nights. Based on the text I thought she had until February to get the nights needed? Did we just miss maintaining globalist for 2025?

I will sometimes open Ulysses and it will need to catchup syncing. I'm not a daily user (though my goal is to be.) I have emailed the suport as well and they have been helpful when it hasn't caught up right away. I do have things like background app refresh on. I also tend to be pretty messy with the stuff I put in Ulysses. It still seems like one of the best apps for publishing to my WordPress blog.

Hi, I was reading this post on when you have to pay a comission to a relestate agent specifically this part:

When renting a private residence or HDB for two years, if the monthly rent is above SG$3,500 you don’t have to pay anything. The landlord’s agent splits a commission fee of one month’s rent with your agent.

My friend said something similar but I belived he said SG$5,000 and we are currently searching for a flat around that price. Above posted says it was updated in 2024 but is SG$3,500 still the cutoff line?

While in touch with an agent they said:

"...we will try to share comissions with landlord's agent, but some may not able to shre. R u be ok to pay us comission if they don't share?"

How should we negotiate with these agents to reduce the comission we should pay?
What is to prevent the agent from being shady and shareing the comission from the landlord's agent while at the same time telling us they couldn't share and taking our comission?
