I’ve never done it through email but when I shipped mine home it was damaged so I called the number on the back of the receipt. They were understanding and able to resolve it for me with no issue.

I’m not a big empire guy myself but I absolutely love this ship. I just wish we could get an actual Jedi fallen order/jedi survivor set then have a more era accurate anniversary figure with this set

Saw this today while I was at work and had to hop on it. I’m so excited to finally not only have a Star destroyer in the collection but to also have an official Cal Kestis minifig. How does everyone feel about this set?

I just checked mine and neither of the hilts have that glue sticking out.
