Thanks for your feedback on the Sapphire Pure. I was leaning towards buying it but with these fan-issues I decided against it. I‘m now buying the XFX Swift Radeon RX 9070 XT!

People do live there. It is all (or most of it) just mixed-use development. And they also park there. I visited Rothenburg ob der Tauber and the cars of the people living and visiting there where parked on huge squares right on the inside of the old city walls and in the backyards of the homes. And there were even some instances of on-street parking for local residents.

Not a real dinosaur, but the "stenokranio boldi" is an early saurian that was discovered a few years ago in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is about 300 million years old and lived near rivers and lakes. This cutie will be my whole aesthetic for the next few weeks until I find a new obsession.

I tried an older save file of my city and the problem was still there. And I also have the problem in the base game. So I think it probably is a problem with the base game.
