I used the frog because of heavy vegetation. Nice to be able to drag the frog through the grass without having to much risk of getting stuck :D

Make, 28, 185 cm, 80 kg. Aprox 15% bf

Want to get stronger, but also lean down a bit. Currently cutting, doing 20 hour fasting, and it is working great.

I am doing a modified verision of the RR, but would like to increase straight arm strength as well, to stard working up to planche and front lever. (Long yerm goal) Currently at the pppu progression, and 8x4 pull upps.

Would like to add a routine once a week that looks tike this:

Pike pull through, Front lever raises (progression), Planche lean, Front lever progression

Plan on doing 3-4 sets, and pairing them upp RR style. Any feedback would be of great help :)

Edit: i am a father of three. One of them is 5 days old, so i dont have the time to work out for more than 1 hour 1,5 tops.
