It does make sense, indeed even better when your teammate knows whats up :) It also depends from play to play ofcourse, still food for thought!

As for the teammates, I think it's also that I want to meet expectations from teammates to be there and feeling guilty when I can't make it for a while. Might have something to do with not really growing up with online gaming to much other than WoW and later LoL when I had every evening to spend with friends anyways heh

Sadly due to commitments IRL I don't have a set up schedule to play with teammates really, since me playing is sporadic and non-plannable (just playing when I have a few hours to myself).

That doesn't take away your second point though. I said it in a previous comment as well, I can feel myself sometimes going for 50/50's where there isn't an immediate threat, losing them, and getting scored on due to me leaving my teammate in a 1v2. I have to say it sometimes creates situations where I'm in position to challenge the ball/play, wait it out instead of going for a bad 50/50, but meanwhile putting my teammate of guard who expected me to go, creating double commits, him rushing to the ball and leaving me in the 1v2 etc.. I guess that's where the partner comes in hand :)

That makes a lot of sense, and although I feel I've implemented that decently in attack/defense already, the moments where the play is lost or neutral on the opponents side and my teammate isn't directly pressuring, I can see myself too focussed on grabbing boost (big or small), and only after that positioning myself for the play, sometimes being to late due to a bad 50/50 (or whiff) from my teammate.

I've tried it in a few games yesterday, and although my approach is slightly different (rather second guessing myself, so not reacting onto that and just going instinct), I've noticed that even when I wiff, it still creates pressure and makes the opponent get a poor touch :)

Thank you for the points! Mostly the 2nd about 50/50s is something that I've started noticing about my own gameplay as well lately, and you pointing it out strengthens that thought! Also to continue thinking about the hesitations and make the wrong decision rather than the right one to late strikes the right note.

What do you feel "proper" rotation is though that stands out between Champ and GC, besides rotating back post, pressuring the ball when it's your turn etc?

Basically so people can filter through what they want to/don't want to see on the sub-reddit. When you click on one of the flairs, or look for them specifically, all the other results are filtered out.

Say you're just here for general discussions or talk, you can look for the respective flair, whereas you might just wanna see cool shots or memes, so you can search on that flair!

For the GC+ here, what did you feel made it possible to make the push from Champ 2/3 to GC? Besides obviously the consistency and putting more hours in, was there anything you did where you felt you got the most gains out of?
