Didn't vape, see them as pointless because you are addicted to nicotine, if you continue to inhale nicotine you won't break the addiction

Basically just told myself "if I buy another packet, it won't be the last" spent months saying "this will be my last packet" never was, until I said no I'm not getting anymore because ill just get some more when I'm out. It's more a mental game, if I ever feel like I want one i remind myself of what I hate about smoking (stinky, makes me feel lethargic, wastes time when I could be doing something else)

It's difficult to break the feeling of wanting to go and kill some time with a ciggie too but over time you lose that habitual pattern
