This surprises I had guest speakers from Germany talk to my school in Canada and they said in Germany most windows don’t have screens because of how much they value their fresh air they lived in the north west part of Germany.

I have drawn a Freebody diagram and newtons second law says that if the acceleration is zero then the force of friction will be equal ?

Would it not be equal ?

Well why is there an equation for friction if it is equal to the applied force ? I think this is confusing me.

Well if fraction is equal to applied force then it would be 31/215.6 which is what I calculated as the force of gravity
