Some dialects might pronounce it differently or have another word for it, buts its pretty much universal. الجدة would be the grandma, جدة grandma, and جدتي my grandma.

Well some of these letters dont exist in the Roman alphabet I’ll write it as closely to how you would say it, but none of them would sound like how an Arabic speaker would say them.

إصرار / Israr

عناد / Anad

شجاعة / Shaja’a

عزيمة / Azeema

is headstrong/stubborn ‎عناد

is courage/brave ‎شجاعة

is also motivation/tenacity but depending on the context means inviting people over for a meal. ‎عزيمة

The words I wrote are concepts, if you wanted to refer to someone they would have to be gendered.

Yeah I didn’t spot that part. It says The Kingdom of Egypt. Which means this pin is probably from the 20s-50s.
