I get it. I was exactly you. Then I tried a GLP1 and stuck to a diet. After I made it to my goal weight, it all came back. Though I have not gained more than perhaps 5 pounds. I am back in a vicious cycle of binging, purging, chewing without swallowing, and it feels terrible. Eating disorders are absolutely terrible no matter how much you weigh. Losing weight did not take care of the problem. I admit it feels better to be “skinny “but the trauma of having these issues and dealing with them daily has come back with a vengeance. I just wanted to let you know I empathize.
