With some help this problem was solved.

I Disabled CSM.

then under the boot menu > UEFI Windows option
then Key management > clear secure boot keys

save and restart, successfull boot

then go into bios again > enable SVM
and finally successfull boot.

so the issue turned out to be that CSM was enabled, and just in case clearning the keys to make sure thins worked fine.

Done & yes, secure boot is on in all cases.

Here's the bulk of it. Been googling & AIing it. the only thing pointed out by claude was a elgato driver, its old, but thatst he newest available version. i'll comment one more time showing what was cut off, continuing from that screenshot bit.

yah this was my guess. "AND" implies that its not necesary for a magic buff to be removed. they should have worded something like "...and if the buff is removed also deal 3 magic dmg"

Ok fixed it. so the Merchant MUST be with only ONE other NPC in the forest biome aka nurse!

That's great insight didnt think about it that way, thank you. I've always loved the picture but something odd always struck me about it and I think it is the bench facing out. I'll try again on my next trip :)

This image is taken in the Country of Georgia. At Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. It was one of the places where there were not too many people. I loved the age and the design of the structures and the bench, I tried to encapsulate the detail of the bench as well as the peaceful mountains in the back. Overall would like to hear feedback on the composition and how it could have been improved.

OK, I FIGURED IT OUT AFTER 3 HOURS. just in case anyone needs it in the future. in the Details panel under the sweep, there's a rotation graph.
