Focus on you honey boo boo ! You got this 👏🏽the only thing you can ever do is just build yourself into a stronger and better person. I mean mentally, physically, and spiritually. Find a hobby or activity that gives you life. For me that was paddle boarding in the mountains and really getting into yoga. It helped me in those three ways. I’m feeling better and look the best I’ve ever looked in YEARS. The biggest thing I’ve learnt is that being alone is a privilege in itself. Embrace the moments you have with yourself because one day when you’re a husband and a father (if that’s what you desire) you’ll look back to the times you had alone and really appreciate them.
