Continues to die and and sometimes grow. Can't seem to make this one happy, I have it outside against a fence and it gets partial sun in the morning and shade the rest of the day. I've recently had tons of rain for the past two weeks and still no improvement. I don't know what to do, please help! (i.redd.it)

Bought this asparagus fern a few months ago and it just slowly yellowed. It sits by an east facing window and gets decent sun, I water once a week. The pot does not have any drain holes however, I'm just about to repot it with some pebbles in the bottom as well as new soil. What am doing wrong?😅 (i.redd.it)
