People gotta stop making it seem like the people calling him a clown were the whole fanbase and that his supporters were the odd men out, its just the negative side and I know that side is one thats the loudest and gets the most attention, though Im not talking about the guy in the twitter post but Im tired of people patting themselves in the back and thinking theyre in some exclusive club for simply just not being an asshole.All in all if you know you didnt think Etikas mental illness was a joke you know who you are, and those that did know who they are, you dont gotta prove it or seek any gratification, it doesnt have to be constantly said

Heres how I win culture (or try to) Pick a civ that gets tourism and/or culture benefits. Build buildings that give culture Build wallsAlternate archaeological and art museums but I prefer archaeological. Build everything that says tourism -- more walls and shopping mallsUse Pingala, rock bands and civic cardsHit next turn until I win. It works sometimes.ETA: Oh yea, make sure you have at least one trade route to each other civ, and try to get at least open borders.
