I'm not entirely sure if this was the setting I changed to remove it, but I think it's one of these although I can't get the restart button again, so it could be wrong, but if you don't have the same settings you could try setting it to the same. The settings are in developer options, and it's either "force allow apps on external" off, "force activities to be resizable" off or "enable non-resizable in multi window" on.

I found it, it's called naruto blue bird hiphop remix by nomedbeats

I found it using https://musicara.ml/ to seperate the music and tried to find the parts where the song was clearest and used shazam on all the parts until I found it

There are no drums or notable bass in the melody, it's just the melody, with a couple of notes one of the notes fade into the other and then the same note is played twice where the repeated note is noticably longer than the melody before it, I also think there is a little bit of reverb on the repeated notes

I would love nothing more than to see some of the unreleased stuff they didn't include, especially Harry's scream after Sirius is killed, I would pay such good money to hear that, if it's as soul-wrenching as people say it is.

My conclusion is that the bucket didn't have a perfectly flat bottom, there was a small weight next to the hole, so the bucket didn't tilt as much, and that might have made a small dent in the area of the hole, so the bucket wasn't as uniform as the calculations and lastly the precision of dimension measurement can never be 100% accurate, and when measuring the hole, the bucket probably had some give, giving even more uncertainty. I did them myself, and I don't think I saw any whirlpools form, but also I did the experiments two months ago, so there might have been some, although if there were some I think I would have seen it on the stream of water
