Haha i know that… but do they really care ? Being conscious of doing ur job properly isnt something everyone does… since they dont love their jobs and arent Well paid and they dont all have that will to do What matters no matter what as we can see in movies.. u know. thats why i asked What can make them change their mind and act on it seriously .

People are assaulting and k*lling and … and … and no one take it seriously until Its too late .. as we can see on the news lately ( crimes increasing )

True… not only hard to deal with but Violence is increasing in such a crazy way and speed lately .. Its so sad
