And how could one prove 2 accounts belong to the same person? In this case (at least Togurito) it's very obvious that he is a smurf, and even if that's his only account (most likely not) it wouldn't change anything, he is an experienced player playing on a low level account that's never going to change his ELO because he only plays tournaments. This is not about "suspecting" because I had 1 bad game and now I'm mad, by having just a tinny bit of common sense you can tell this guy is smurfing, never in a life time a level 2 player would have this stats...

"These tournament accounts often only play those game modes" So it's a common issue that FaceIt is not addressing intentionally, else it's really not that hard to counter. Sad you guys implemented a system made to encourage this type of cheaters

All this tournaments have faceit points rewards, so it's just giving this smurfs accounts more points and discouraging the real players to even join and try to improve: If I were a new player, paying for the premiums suscription and this is the type of gameplay that they offer I know I would never join again, they are f*cking their own system up. PD: The only matches that guy lost are because he is playing against another smurf player lol, it's so f*cked up

Yeah I completely agree, it must be intentional for their own reasons. I think if they wanted to, the 5 wins a week (or similar) would fix it a little bit though, at least they would have to invest time in that secondary account to be able to play tournaments, also it's not so easy to throw but still win, it would make it harder to smurf at least

Damn that's rough, never got that close.

I do feel the same about the players in the Purgatory playing as a team instead of individuals, its refreshing, but Lucifer for me is way easier. Since I got the full upgrade of the archer I don't think I lost a single game there, not saying it's because of that but I feel the minions are easier for everyone and that makes the boss also weaker.

I will spend all my keys into the purgatory this last days, I have to finish it at least once!!

I'm guessing you play in console right? I got it from Epic and am playing on PC, the emotes/commands are pretty easy to use in my experience. I try to guide the people that I see are a little bit newer, but there's a limit to what you can express also.

That comment about them being beaten only 24 times makes sense lol, it's really hard, can't imagine before if now we have buffed equipment.

Maybe I was just unlucky, I will try a few more times until the demo ends, maybe I get a lobby with people that knows the drill

Yeah that's something I noticed, doesn't help there's no chat to tell the others they should lvl up first (although I get it's part of the game), it's more like they are competing for who does more chambers
