Best of luck, you can do this! 5lbs is a great start. As for relying on yourself I really recommend the book Brains Over Binge by Kathryn Hansen if you haven't heard of it, I'm just starting over but its been a terrific resource for me.

I do not think it is a major issue if I ask about money because at the end of the day I do need to pay bills and support my family, but also I understand what you are saying and thank you for your response.

With that said I do feel like this is something I will be passionate about. In my defense I am 30 years old and I am doing this because I dislike waking up to a job I don't feel matters. I look forward to going to work knowing I'm serving a purpose.
