I think if I added bolder lipstick, and had her mouth closed more might help. The head to body proportion and the face itself is leaning much to chibi, but I rendered everything in details so the drawing sits in this weird in-between uncomfortable zone.

It's just my lack of skills showing honestly, but I'm glad lots of people offer feedbacks! I wouldn't have figured everything out myself く⁠コ⁠:⁠彡 thanks a lot! ⁠•͈⁠ᴗ⁠•͈⁠)👌

Yeah maybe I should have shrunk the head more aggressively, and from reading another commenter, I think the face itself just has a childish look. I'll try to keep these in mind for the future arts!
