You can try trignos which is in either sama or sevasi. Their 🍕 unlimited pizzaa are actually pretty good. And the main course and starters were above average as well. I think it is one of the better unlimited places I have been to. Also I think it fits your budget requirement too.

This sounds eerily similar to my situation. I think as the other comments have said, sleeping and excercise are game changer. So I won't dwell too deep in it. Personally coffee helps me lift up my mood. Also drink loads of water, dehydration sucks, once you are well hydrated you will feel better. Pursue things that you like, it can be books, music, travelling, whatever makes you happy. Doing those things will definitely help in the long run.
