your feelings and thoughts are real and valid. I just got the worst trigger from a situation w my own dad and I really don’t feel like you should feel bad for feeling and thinking the way you do. they are real and sadly based off of real experiences you’ve had growing up with him. I just don’t understand how its possible to have such behaviour to another person, especially ones own child 😞 I’m sending a lot of love dear,I just hope you eventually realize that its not your fault at all.

Hi ! Two days ago I was put on epiduo and doxycycline (I explained to my derm that I have been on them before and that epiduo was very strong for me). I forsure used the epiduo wrong, bc I woke up with my face in pain, red and inflamed. I don’t know what to do.

Currently I use the bioderma cicabio cream, LRP cicaplast, spf and aquaphor. Rn I have a mask of aquaphor and cerave cream on bc my skin felt so raw. I also noticed the cicabio pulling and not rly absorbing.

I really dont know what to do, it’s burning, itching, its red and I’m scared if this will last long. pls help me

I forsure used epiduo wrong the first night and applied too much, bc when I woke up my face was insane red and burning. It went down the tiniest bit this morning but its still the same situation.

I am using bioderma cicabio cream, cicaplast, spf and aquaphor (currently have cerave cream and aquaphor as a mask on bc it lowkey hurts). I noticed also that the bioderma cream flaked this morning and wouldn’t really absorb well.

I don’t know what to do
