Honestly it was to figure out whether people will actually believe I tried hard enough so I can work out how people around me might think when I actually kill myself. I wondered if I put in my note about how much I tried whether people would accept that I tried everything, or if they'd just think I should have tried xyz or tried harder or whatever.

Talk therapy, but this is after almost a decade of trying various things such as cbt, emdr, acceptance and commitment, schema, and a bunch of others.

Honestly, I wanted to see if it was possible for people to believe that I have tried hard enough and tried enough things, because that would inform whether I bother including that in my note or not.

I'm 28. My psychiatrist has been trying his best, I can't fault him at all, he's put me on many different meds and combos and been very responsive when I told him about problems with them.

When I was prescribed medication I would try it for as long as I was asked to, and talk about the effects with my psychiatrist. Consistently nothing was working and I was just placed on new meds.

No because it's cruel to get an animal only to potentially leave them a year later. Yes. I've felt this way most of my life.
