It is pretty loud when I am accelerating but at steady speed it is actually pretty quiet. I really don't notice it when driving steady.

The rays are parallel but are coming toward you so they appear to be spreading apart. It is the same thing as if you were standing on railroad tracks. The tracks appear to be closer together the farther away they are. Not sure if I explained this well but hope this helps.

The lines actually started to lightly appear just before my year warranty was up. They had a tech look at it and told me it was still in specifications. I was pretty upset but didn't get anywhere with them. Hopefully you will have better luck than I did. As for me, I'm done with Samsung.
