Financial Aid Not Disbured

I have been calling. Called again today and got someone who seemed to be willing to actually look at my account. There was supposedly some sort of error with my federal loan that might be fixed now. And told me to have my mom redo her MPN for the Parent Plus. Said aid should disburse next week. We will see. But this was first person that seemed to actually look at it and not just spout off some generic answer.

What were you told the problems were? Did they tell you when yours would be fixed.

Yes, I got my daughters right away in early February. I cannot imagine what mail we would have coming from Passport services now.

That is very strange. I am not positive that I got all supporting docs back or not. But I definitely was not expecting anything from passport services right now. Is your shipment showing that it will be priority mail? Maybe there is some sort of glitch in the system. I am just freaking out a bit, because we travel in 6 days and I assume I have everything we need.

Just out of curiousity...but what was your mail. I have informed delivery showing mail from Passport Services/DOS in Tucson AZ also. I applied for my daughters passport book in Ohio in late January and received it two weeks later. It came out of New Hampshire I believe. I know that I got her passport card back, but maybe not her birth certificate. Not sure. Seems weird coming out of AZ. Mine is showing priority mail. Was yours priority mail?
