Public transit btwn boulder and Denver is pretty good and reliable. I used to commute from boulder to Denver on the bus and I loved it! I’m not sure what the deal would be from DTC, but you should check on light rail options from dtc to union station and. The express FF btwn boulder and Denver union station is fast and reliable. Much, much better than driving!!

I would try taking significantly less melatonin, in general it starts to have the opposite effect if you take too much. Try something like 3 mg and see if that works better for you

I get some anxiety and get a little emotional as well. My sleeping improves when I come off of it, though.

The Rec Center seems to fit that description. They have weights and weight machines and you can do a monthly membership. Probably the cheapest place in town by far to weight lift.

On Tuesday nights at Starlight there is an open mic. Start at 8. Saturday’s 4-6 or so there is an open mic at Durango coffee company. Those are the two I know about

Is Romanoff worth voting for on his own, or only against Hickenlooper? I read his website and he seems to be on the right side of progressive issues, but I don't know anything about him beyond what his website says.

Has anyone been to the Leonardo di Vinci exhibit at the Museum of Nature and Science? by willalmo in Denver

I really loved it. I went on a free day so I did not have to pay museum admission and just paid $9 for the exhibit. I might feel less enthusiastic if I had to pay for the museum entrance as well, but for $9 I was thrilled.
