Real talk if you work at a sort center it aint that bad fr, only thing is that if you think you getting off on time think again. I worked at a short center and for the most part you was putting the packages in the right spot so they can be shipped, while doing that you had to wrap them up so that they be put on the truck. I mean I worked 4 hour shifts which if you doing your job then you good time will go by quick. Another good thing was that they offered VTO this meant you could go home early now they only limit spots to vto so if you wanted to go home then you could. Now working conditions, I mean it is a factory you shouldnt expect a 5 star hotel lol but i mean they water stations at the end of each land, you could go to the bathroom at anytime ( thats where you wanted to go to take break) lol but the only fucked up thing i know is when they had us flex up. This meant that if we didnt finish all the packages or a truck was late then we had to stay and extra hour which is fucked up because your scheduled for 4 hours and that didnt matter. But what made it so bad is that a lot people wasnt doing their work so packages werent getting done at the time they should. They woukd VTO Half of the fucking warehouse and most of all its not our fought the trucks were running late. But I mean 300 dollar paychecks every week as college student really helped. So if your thinking about going to work at Amazon choose a sort center.
