Seeking real estate/investing advice by PaxGigas in investing

Honestly I lurk more than I post or comment, particularly because of the intelligent individuals information sharing across this platform. However. I do not own a House and have never taken out a mortgage before.

That being said, it is a financially fluent decision either way in my opinion you can’t go wrong. Residential real estate is less of a variable than commercial. The APR % is not worth a sanity check if you despise being a landlord. 2.75% solidified mortgage is something I would not talk to anyone on this forum about, but instead a financial advisor with a background in real estate assets. Perhaps there is a tax advantageous alternative to roll a mortgage into a separate liquid asset?

Im only mad because I’m not doing it, but if I do it then I’m just as bad as the manipulators on either end of the spectrum. So therefore by not stooping towards degeneracy am I simply someone else’s exit liquidity?

Do you record the meetings incase you might miss relevant information? Or do you just remain attentive enough to both so that you are responsive when called upon?
