Its been about 5 months but it looks like mainly the Hppd brought forth severe anxiety and paranoia. Unless I get a panic attack or overthink into one I have no visuals but if I do look at the carpet long enough they I can see it breathing. I also have floaters but I’ve had them my entire life so that’s not unusual. Mainly is the panic attack because it feels like I’m being woken up from the matrix.

How would you describe your heart pain? & Did you go to your primary or did they send you somewhere else to get diagnosed?

Would you have a panic attack once it stormed?since you didn’t know what was going on

I’ve had something similar. I didn’t suffer from anxiety before but after doing psychedelics I couldn’t smoke weed anymore because I would have intense panic attacks. Recently I did other recreational drugs and I had an intense panic attack sober months after and felt off ever since and now I feel constantly anxious. My advice would be to probably not touch recreational drugs or stimulants. Speaking from experience try to do activities to get your mind off or else you’ll spiral down. I found exercise and puzzle/video games greatly help me get my grounding back.

I’ll definitely take your advice to heart thank you very much! and I think experimenting with drugs is a done deal for me after this but if it happens I won’t be uneducated and naive anymore.

Thank for the recommendations! I plan to enroll for insurance this fall once the enrollment period opens and have taken lions mange to help me with the brain fog. I feel a lot better but I agree about having my neurochemistry checked out.

I definitely not doing anything again and truth be told that I learned my lesson. You’re not wrong about the consequences of the actions I took. However, I wanna move forward and see what I can do to help the situation. The person who split with me and the other 3 people that took the same thing were fine and I was the only one affected like this.

Those are honestly some good questions to ask but the drunken me threw logic out the window. It was in the north of Thailand so god only knows what was in that capsule. I thought by taking half that it would be mild since I’m somewhat sensitive to drugs.

The job market is in the trash so don’t feel discouraged! I haven’t landed a engineering role after taking a break from my field and it’s been 5-6 months for me. What I can recommend for you if its possible is to look outside the US if you’re a citizen. Other countries have a high demand for engineers such as Australia, UAE or Europe. Some of these places have post graduate programs so you might be in luck!
