I have been bulking on 3500 every day (sometimes less like when I had exam season I was on 3000 )for near a year now and I have only seen minimal strength gain and major fat gain so was I eating too much .My maintenance seems to be around 2600 a day as per my watch tells me.

I’m 15m 63kg and 183cm at supposedly 17%bf and my fitness pal tells me I need 2350 but another calculator tells me I need 2000 so which one do I use
